The Penguins defeated the Senators 2-1 on Friday afternoon to record their fifth straight victory.
Marc-Andre Fleury made a season-high 43 saves -- more than he had in a game in 11 months -- and Alex Goligoski scored the winning goal for Pittsburgh.
"They kept playing and made things pretty hard on us," said Fleury, who last made as many saves Dec. 23, also against Ottawa. "They threw lot of pucks from a little bit of everywhere."
Flames Beat Flyers In Shootout
Niklas Hagman and Rene Bourque scored shootout goals to lift the Flames to a 3-2 victory over the Flyers on Friday after surviving an apparent goal in overtime.
The Flyers appeared to win in overtime, but Mike Richards' power-play goal -- a slap shot past Miikka Kiprusoff -- was waved off because of an unsportsmanlike conduct call against Chris Pronger.
Officials ruled Pronger obstructed Kiprusoff's view with his glove.
Isles Win To End 14-Game Streak
Rick DiPietro turned aside all 29 shots he faced and the Islanders ended a 14-game winless streak by shutting out the Devils 2-0 on Friday.

Red Wings Rally, Win In Overtime
The Red Wings rallied on Sunday night and defeated the Calgary Flames in overtime.
Detroit scored three goals in the third period and Henrik Zetterberg scored in the final seconds of regulation to force the extra period.
"It felt good to come back. We've been behind a few games this year and found a way to turn it around," Zetterberg said. "It's nice when it happens."
Isles Continue To Free-Fall
Dustin Byfuglien stepped up for Atlanta to send the New York Islanders deeper into their free-fall to the bottom of the NHL, according to an Associated Press report.
Byfuglien scored at 1:30 of OT to give the Thrashers a 2-1 win Sunday, extending the Islanders? losing streak to 13 games.
